After looking at many different apartment complexes, my boyfriend and I chose to relocate and start our new adventure living in Orlando at The Adeline. Thank you to Hannah Goodwin, who was the most patient, kindest, and attentive worker out of all the complexes we visited. I highly recommend checking out these apartments. The workers are so kind and professional including the manager Niquan. Move in process was smooth and everything has been amazing so far. This complex is clean, quiet, safe, and everything we were looking for! We are so happy with our decision

The apartment complex is beautiful, clean, and has many up-to-date amenities. When you enter the main lobby, you feel as though you're walking into a luxury resort! (Whoever did the interior design did an amazing job).
The apartment units I toured were very nice, with one having very tall ceilings, which was an unexpected surprise. In the end, I chose to lease with another complex due to distance, but would definitely consider The Adeline in the future.
Living at The Adeline has been such a great experience! Hannah is so kind, helpful, and understanding to all of the questions I had for her. She reached out to me to make sure I was doing well and to see if I needed any more assistance. I highly recommend living here and being a part of all the fun events Hannah plans each month.
We really like our apartment. The office staff as a whole are really friendly, and work very hard to take care of both the residents and property. With prices increasing we looked into options outside the Adeline, compared prices. I shared my financial concerns with Hannah Goodwin. She took the time to discuss my apartment options here at the Adeline and those I was comparing, even looked at the map with me to find a safe area to live. She understood our financial needs. Edgar, the director, was very kind and helpful willing to work with us. The whole office really.
When we decided to stay, Hannah worked diligently to help us move within a matter of days. Days! Once it was time to move, I was even offered and provided with tools to help the process and quickly given the keys. Very thankful! If your considering moving here, Id highly suggest it.

For Valentine’s Day The Adeline hosted a “Paint -n- Sip” party for the residents. Many showed up as “Paint with Mi” supplied the canvas, paint and direction on how to paint Tom the cat. My wife and I had a blast and met many new people. The Adeline crew rocks and I can’t wait till the next get together!!

Lived here for 16 months. The location and amenities are great. The staff is outstanding and really overall an awesome place to rent. Reasonable and you can’t beat the location. Niquan with the leasing staff is the best employee I’ve worked with in a long time. Go to him.
